Each eCommunity™ is operated by A2D Inc., a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC). We aim to provide fiber connectivity anywhere it does not exist.
Our unique open access model is simple. eCommunity builds, owns and manages a new fiber network delivered to your home and/or business. Our network is separate of your old existing cable or phone lines; open for any qualified provider to use.
